The striving.
The over-functioning.
The people pleasing.
The constant pressure to hold everything together.
And beneath it all, something deeper begins to stir:
A longing for truth. For rest. For instinct. For a more authentic way of living.
This course is an invitation to return to the wild woman beneath the conditioning:
the wise, intuitive embodied self that has always been there.
Inspired by the themes of the Tend Her Wild Podcast, this 4-week live online experience blends psychology, storytelling, embodiment practices, reflection, and community to help you connect with your wild essence.
This course is for women who:
You do not have to have experience with yoga, spirituality, or personal development. Only a willingness to listen inward.
We met mid-life as we were both navigating parts of our lives that no longer felt true. For Kate, her life as a CEO no longer felt true as it required dimming her intuition, and hiding her emotions. For Betsy, her marriage no longer felt true where she felt increasingly unseen and unheard.
On a yoga retreat in the wild landscape of Iceland, we started having conversations about what it meant to rewild and break out of these old roles that felt too small for us.
Upon our Icelandic initiation into rewilding, we returned home and launched a podcast called Tend Her Wild to explore the wild woman archetype and women’s stories about breaking free from that which binds us into smaller versions of ourselves.
Our work is rooted in the belief that beneath burnout, perfectionism, and disconnection lives a deeper, instinctual wisdom waiting to be remembered.
Who were you before you lost your wild self?
Week 1 (7/7/26) — The Call of the Wild Woman
Understanding the Wild Woman archetype and the signs that your deeper self is calling you home.
Week 2 (7/14/26)— The Conditioning

Week 3 (7/21/26) — The Reclamation
Discovering the experiences that awaken us — heartbreak, longing, nature, ancestral stories, and the yearning for a fuller life and how to reclaim the parts of self that splintered away.
Week 4 (7/28/26)— Rewilded Living
Learning practices for embodiment, boundaries, cyclical living, creativity, rest, feminine leadership, and living from your true nature.

Come howl at the moon with other wild women! Cost: $40. (Dessert included and non-alcoholic drinks.) Sign up for live event here.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Classes start Tuesday, July 7 – Tuesday, July 28 from 7:00-8:30 PM with Kate & Betsy.
Each class will provide not only education, but also practical tools and practices to enhance your journey of rewilding. Time will be given for questions and conversation. If you cannot make the class live, it is recorded and can be watched on an online educational portal.
In each class we will engage in practices to connect us to our body. Part of rewilding is inhabiting, trusting and listening to the wisdom of the body. As women we have been trained to disregard, ignore, and even hate our body. Rewilding is taking back the power contained within our body.
You will also have access to 8 of Betsy’s online live yoga classes through the duration of this course. If you cannot attend live, the classes will be recorded for you to access later.
Journaling and soul-work is a key component of the course. In every Tuesday class you will be given “soul work” to take you deeper into the teachings and practices. You will receive a downloadable booklet with prompts and key lessons from the course.
We have curated a box to support your journey of rewilding. All the items are selected to re-connect you to your inner wild. The box includes:
You have access to a private Facebook group for TEND HER WILD members that allows for connection, community building, and a place to feel seen and heard.
