The Tend Her Resilience Summit is a women’s program that intends an inclusive definition of women.
We are welcoming and respectful of all women, including trans women and nonbinary/gender nonconforming people who are woman-identified in a way that is significant to them.
We start the day all together in an opening session, followed by a live podcast recording of Tend Her Wild with Kate, Betsy and our special resiliency guest. We will also end the day as a large group in a closing circle.
During the day you will have the opportunity to work in smaller groups with members of the Tend Her Team for more intimate connection with the teachers and participants. You will attend 3 of the 5 different breakout workshops with our TEND HER team.
Body Resilience: Join Betsy as she helps you strengthen the connection between body and mind with somatic healing practices that include restorative yoga, reiki, and sound healing.
Narrative Resilience: Join Andrea and Ellis as they help you understand your story and the importance of your inner narrator.
Mental Resilience: Join Fannie as she leads you through the power of ritual and the cultivation of micro-practices for resilience.
Creative Resilience: Join Monica as she takes you on a journey of using art and creativity to explore your intuition.
Heart Resilience: Join Kate as she helps you explore your heart’s desire and the steps to make this a reality.
The Resilience Summit will build on content from the online program, however it is a standalone event.
