Glimmers are small moments of peace and joy that spark positive feelings. (They are the opposite of triggers, which spark negative emotions.) Noticing and appreciating glimmers and inviting them into your life helps cue the nervous system to relax, and helps counteract the effects of stress on the body/mind.
As part of this year’s Tend Her program, we have curated a list of events in our community in the month of April that promote joy and connection. Let’s experience some glimmers together! We hope to see you!
